How do I get a Refund?
Refund Policy for Retail Customers
The refund policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Some items are no-returnable as noted below. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom greeting cards
Digital and virtual products
If the product has already been dispatched to you then you will be refunded the product price but not the postage cost of sending the products to you nor the postage cost of returning the product to me. To ensure that I do receive the goods please use a method where both delivery and signature are recorded. Should I not receive the goods, I cannot refund your money. It is advisable for you to retain proof of postage as you are responsible for the items until they arrive back to me. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
I will only make a refund if the items are returned in perfect condition. The cellophane bag that wraps each card, envelope or artwork must remain unopened. If the cellophane bag has been opened the cost of repackaging will be deducted from the refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Regarding late or missing refunds, if applicable, first check your bank account to be sure you have not received your refund. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com.
