I think I need to try this as a sleep aid – reading my favourite kid’s book at bedtime. I slept great when I was young so hey, why not!? My mum should get a laugh out of this one; I think she read Curious George to me every night for about two years straight. I got this idea from Soman Chainani who said that reading children’s books gives him a sense of peace and helps him sleep better. Hey Curious George was some of the best fiction I remember reading so why not?!
