How to maintain a Growth Mindset when Doubts creep in?

I was listening to Rich Roll and he was discussing the concept of growth mindset with Tom Bilyeu. Tom believed from a young age that his talents were not fixed. He could become skilled at anything that he set his mind to and worked at. I think this is true – I just forget it sometimes when the doubts creep in. I do this sometimes when I’m getting lost in my little problems – I look up. So if we can put a man on the moon, can’t I learn what I’m working at?!
