I’m on the topic of overwhelm still. I really like this analogy. It helps me to picture breaking down a problem into smaller bite size pieces when I feel overwhelmed. It feels just like this when we have a big snow storm in Canada. I never have this problem living in the UK now but the principle still applies. What do you picture when you feel overwhelmed? What image helps you?
