I find this works really well when I’m overwhelmed. It’s called “relief writing” and it’s like a brainstorming session for your feelings. We did this during my Doodle Colour Discover Workshop at Cafe Mila the other week where we were thinking about our plans for the new year. Melissa Carter from The Happy Child and I have similar self-expression exercises in our The 3 Brains workshops too.
