This feels like a lesson I can never reinforce enough in myself. What can I actually control. My thoughts, my feelings, my words and my behaviours. The workshop that Melissa and I give has a terrific exercise for being aware of this and making changes. I feel like I understand a bit more every time I listen to Melissa @thehappychild explain it.
