This is literally how I have been feeling doing my renovations! I heard this quote when listening to Robb Wolf interviewing Mike Ritter. So true! It was a pretty interesting episode of the Paleo Solution. They talk about Mike’s career path and how he went from personal training to be a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. I really like hearing stories of what brought people to their interest in functional medicine.
