I actually do this. I know it seems weird but doing a handstand does really change my perspective. Maybe it’s because I’m changing my energy mode or maybe it’s all that blood rushing to my head, I have not idea, but it works. My friend Michelle who is an occupational therapist says that dyslexic people often like to be upside down. That could be another reason too. I highly recommend the handstand!
